集团所属各二级公司将陆续开展自营进出口业务

    根据集团总体部署，各二级公司将陆续开展自营进出口业务。为配合这一变化，集团已拟定了变更公告，公告全文如下：

    本集团公司根据发展需要经研究决定，同意集团项下的公司――山东华 xxx有限公司自行开展进出口业务，原以集团公司名义开展的有关进出口业务全部交由该公司运作执行。此次调整之后，原经营地址、通讯地址、联系方式及人员均维持不变，凡我已往合作方均照原渠道和方式联系即可。
    我们将一如既往地展开与您的友谊与合作，创造共同的发展与繁荣。
    我们的调整如果给您带来不便，敬请原谅。

    Due to the further development in our business, we, Shandong Machinery I/E Group Corp., decided to authorize the subordinate company: Shandong xxx machinery Co. Ltd., to undertake the import and export activities by themselves and from now on to continue all the activities belonging to Shandong Machinery I/E Group Corp., before, in name of Shandong huamao machinery Co. Ltd.
After this modification, the former company’s address, corresponding address, the telephone and fax numbers and the relative contacting persons remain unchanged.
    We shall expand our business with you same as before and try to create our mutual development and prosperity.
    We shall be appreciated if you could accept our apology in such an inconvenience.
